ACES Clarification:
A question was brought up as to how the ACES tickets worked.
We know that some of you want to stay with your friends but do not want to purchase an entire cabin. We want to make sure we make the weekend as fun as possible for everyone. In order to do that as efficiently as possible, we are having those who purchase ACES tickets register at check-in. There you will be assigned to a cabin.
Spots in the cabins will be first come first serve; if you want to be with friends and have a bigger group, come as early as possible. We will make it work to the best of our ability, but there is a possibility that larger groups of ACES ticket holders will be split. Those coming without a group will be placed with other campers.
We want to stress the importance of proper bedding. You’re bedding should include: Sheets: 1 fitted and 1 top, or a sleeping bag, mattress pad or single air mattress, pillows, and blankets. None of these items will be provided. Also keep in mind that the weather in PA is unpredictable. Make sure you pack items that will keep you warm at night. There is electricity in the cabins to fill air mattresses.
An ACE ticket grants you, yourself, a place to sleep in a cabin. If you do not have an ACE ticket, you ARE NOT permitted to sleep in the cabins. Wristband color will identify your camping choice.
